Record-Keeping (2257)

Last updated: October 19, 2026

No visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct is created, commissioned, published or stored by masturbate-with-strangers.live. The site is made of written articles, simple graphics drawn in code and hyperlinks. On its /connect/ page it also shows a live chat window that a third-party provider, Coomeet, streams from its own servers; we do not create, select, record or store any of the video in that window.

That is why 18 U.S.C. § 2257, § 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 do not treat the operator as a primary producer, nor as a secondary producer. Their record-keeping duties therefore do not reach this site.

Coomeet and the other third-party websites reached through our links are operated independently. Each of them is responsible for its own compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and for verifying that every performer on its platform is at least 18 years old. Their custodian-of-records statements are published on their own sites.
