1. Filing a notice

Notices are accepted only through our contact form; choose the topic "DMCA notice". To be valid, the notice must include:

  1. your physical or electronic signature, or that of the person authorized to act for the rights holder;
  2. the work you say is infringed – with several works, a representative list will do;
  3. the exact URL on this site that carries the disputed material;
  4. contact details we can use to reach you, such as an email address;
  5. your declaration, made in good faith, that the use has no permission from the rights holder, its agent or the law;
  6. confirmation that the notice is correct, and your declaration under penalty of perjury that you may act on the rights holder's behalf.

Complete notices are reviewed promptly, and the material in question is taken down or blocked while we look into it. Incomplete notices get a reply asking for the missing parts.

2. Counter notice

Material of yours taken down by mistake or misidentification? Answer with a counter notice, via the same form. It needs: your signature; which material came down and the URL it had; your declaration under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was an error; your name and address; and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the judicial district where you live. A copy goes to whoever sent the original notice. Unless that person shows us a court filing within 10 to 14 business days, the material may go back online.

3. Content hosted on other sites

Rooms, profiles and recordings on the cam platforms we link to, and the video inside the Coomeet chat window, live on their servers, not ours. Send takedown requests for that material to the operator of the platform; reputable operators publish their own DMCA contact.

4. Suspected abuse of minors

Anything that may show a person under 18 is not a copyright matter. Report it immediately to the NCMEC CyberTipline (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children): report.cybertip.org, phone 1-800-843-5678. Then let us know too, and any link to it comes off this site.
